The more valuable of these was at Beechmount Homepark, Navan, Co Meath, formerly occupied by Ashleaf Interiors, which sold for its €980,000 guide price. Extending to 3,369 sqm over two storeys, the detached property stands on a 0.96-acre site. It is laid out with a showroom, warehouse and office accommodation.
A mid-terrace warehouse, Unit 1 Naas Industrial Estate, Naas, Co Kildare, sold for €826,00 or 21pc over its €680,000 guide price. Its 755 sqm includes both warehouse and office accommodation. Outside it comes with 12 parking spaces as well as a large turning area to the rear.
