The Tuning Fork in Rathfarnham in south Dublin has been put on the market with an asking price in the region of €600,000.
CBRE have been retained to sell the property by private treaty. The property is being sold on behalf of the executor of the estate of the late publican Vincent Leavy.
The two storey property, which has not traded for many years, comprises ground floor public bar and lounge bar with access to a rear courtyard and storage outhouse. Overhead there is the former three bedroomed residential accommodation while outside there is a car park and adjoining site.
The entire property occupies an overall site area of 0.10 ha (0.25 acres) and CBRE's John Ryan says it offers redevelopment opportunities subject to the necessary planning permission. The property is zoned residential under the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2010-2016.
