A tranche of 19 retail units in the Bridge Shopping Centre in Tullamore is being offered for sale for €5.95m, through agents HWBC. The units are being sold in one lot by eight private investors.

With a current annual rental income of €732,000, this equates to an 11.35pc yield after allowances for standard purchase costs.

While their floor area totals 18,400 sq ft, not all the units adjoin each other. Floor areas per unit average 968 sq ft. Built in 1995, its anchor retailer is Dunnes Stores and it has a total of 24 retail tenants, a cinema and 350 parking spaces. Tenant include Vodafone, Vera Modo and Holland & Barrett.
