A choice of three development sites with commercial, residential and nursing home potential have been brought to the market this week by Savills. The commercial plot is in Citywest Business Campus, Dublin. The residential site is in the seaside village of Rush, north Dublin and nursing home site is in Kilkenny.
Located in a high profile position, the Citywest site extends to 9.7 acres and has a €5.6m guide price. It benefits from easy access to Junction 3 on the N7 Naas Road and 152 metres of frontage onto the N7 access road into Dublin. Zoned Objective EE, "to provide for enterprise and employment-related uses", it is available in two lots of five acres with a €3.25m guide and 4.7 acres with a €3.25m guide.

Agent John Swarbrigg says it also has potential for an additional five houses, subject to planning permission.

The nursing home development site in Kilkenny city extends to 1.23 acres and is guiding €700,000.
It also has a high-profile position at the junction of Bohernatounish Road and the N10, which provides easy access to the city.
Its full planning permission will allow a two- to three-storey, 80-bed nursing home.
Architects Cummins + Voortman Ltd designed this as a facility with predominantly single en-suite bedrooms, as well as activity rooms, dining rooms, hair salon, library/craft room and staff quarters. Each bedroom would benefit from a south facing orientation.
