Ganly Walters are bringing to the market a development site in south Dublin with a guide price of some €1m.
The 3.21 site is on the Ballybride Road at Rathmichael in Co Dublin off the N11.
The property, which is being sold by the Office of Public Works, is about 14km south of Dublin city.
The property is on the western side of the N11 dual carriageway, close to the M50 interchange at exit 17.
The property will be sold at auction on Wednesday July 15 at Ganly Walters offices on Percy Place in Dublin 4.
The agents said the "high profile" site was "outstanding" in nature.
This is the latest property tied to the Office of Public Works to come to the market in recent months.
The Office of Public Works kicked off a round of asset sales earlier this year, in a plan that will raise millions of euro for the exchequer.
Earlier this year it emerged that a list was being compiled of State-owned land and buildings which could be sold or developed in partnership with the private sector to provide housing, schools and childcare facilities.
The Government wants to use the proceeds of the sales to pay finance vital services.
