The Shipwright pub at 16 Thorncastle Street, Ringsend, Dublin 4, with asset management potential, has come to the market. Extending to 9,580 sqft, it is expected to sell for around €3m.

Joint agents Martin Property Consultants and John P Younge point out that the property extends to three floors over basement with its ground floors accommodating a pub, restaurant and off-licence with ample bar space, lounges and seating areas.
