The A-rated Oak
A new house type is being launched this weekend at Brickfield, in the Honeypark development at Glenageary.
The 'Oak' is the largest property builder Cosgrove has put on the market here at 2,325 sq ft and like the previous house styles is constructed over three floors. There will be ten of the new type, priced from €740,000 along with a further six of the 'Elm' design, which was originally marketed earlier this year.
The 'Oak' has a large Kitchen/Dining/Family room on the ground floor, with a separate living room. On the first floor are two bedrooms, another family room and a bathroom while the second floor houses the three remaining bedrooms, including the master which is en-suite, and another bathroom. There are two small balconies off the main bedroom and living room.
Each garden comes with a patio area directly off the living area in the landscaped garden. Kitchens are 'Oriel' High Gloss with Wenge units from Nolan Kitchens.
Brickfield is surrounded by three parks, the central of which is five acres and has a tree-lined woodland area along with children's playgrounds, sports areas for tennis, basketball and football and a feature lake with jetty.
Dun Laoghaire is 2km away while Blackrock village is 4.5km. Cosgrove has won awards for its energy efficiency efforts which include a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels and an A-rated condensing boiler unit in all houses.
Viewing of is this Saturday and Sunday, 2.30 - 4.30pm
