Core Industrial REIT is seeking tenants for a warehouse and office facility that it is re-developing at Unit 7 Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.
Agents William Harvey Ltd are quoting rents of €695,000 per annum equating to €7.50 per sq ft for the 92,700 sq ft (8,612 sq m) property on a 5.3 acre site. Alternatively, Harvey is offering Building 1 comprising 55,832 sq ft (5,187 sq m)for €420,000 per annum and Buildings 2 and 3, comprising 36,867 sq ft (3,425 sq m) for an annual rent of €275,000.
Two of the buildings are interlinked providing a low site density of 40pc. Internal heights range from 11.5m to 12m.
Core bought the property in 2016 and purchased an adjoining one acre site to facilitate the redevelopment of the existing buildings.
