Strong interest expected in D11 industrial unit
An industrial unit with office facilities in Finglas, Dublin 11, is available for rent at less than €9 per sq ft.

Agents CBRE are quoting €323,000 per annum for the unit. John Reynolds of CBRE says it will appeal to logistics and distribution operators affected by the lack of available quality warehousing. "With Brexit-related demand expected to increase in 2019 as companies attempt to streamline and adapt their supply chains, we are expecting strong interest in the unit," he adds.
Access to the M50 motorway is just 700 metres away at the M50/N2 junction, and it is about 11km south west of Dublin Airport and 9.5 km west of Dublin Port Tunnel.
"In the current market demand is outstripping supply with the majority of speculatively developed industrial buildings being pre-let or letting relatively soon after practical completion. With growth in the industry set to continue, demand for high quality warehousing is going somewhat unsatisfied.
"This strong stream of demand is emanating from retail/eCommerce, logistics operators including 3PLs, freight forwarders and general storage and distribution companies," he says.
