According to CBRE, lettings of industrial units in the third quarter of 2018 alone accounted for 64pc of total industrial take-up across Dublin, with the highest demand being experienced along the south-west N7 corridor. And while take-up for sub 1,000 sq m (10,764 sq ft) units accounted for just 15pc of the total take up for the first three quarters of 2018, this arose from a lack of supply as opposed to an absence of demand.
