Selling agents Savills point out that after a planning application for 31 apartments, 34 car-parking spaces and 92 bicycle spaces was refused by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, the vendor appealed to An Bord Pleanála and awaits the Bord’s decision – which was due last month.
The site is zoned objective A Existing Residential.
