A 3.75-ACRE site with full planning permission for 61 residential units (35 houses, 18 apartments and eight duplex units) in Stepaside in south Dublin is being offered for sale by way of licence agreement.
Agent Savills is handling the transaction on the instructions of Ken Fennell of Deloitte, statutory receiver of Aiken's Village Partnership. The statutory receiver will grant a licence partner a right to develop the site as per the grant of planning permission.
