Owned by Eircom, it accommodates two old warehouses of 214sqm (2,303 sq ft) and 309sqm (3,326 sq ft) and an old single storey office building of 508sqm (5,468 sq ft).

Zoned objective A under the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown 2004-2010 development plan, its uses could include a range of retail, enterprise centre, cultural and small office development.
However, as it is located in a mature residential area it is more likely to appeal to a residential developer.
It may even appeal to a developer wishing to increase the private housing on another site and offering this site in turn to the county council in order to meet the private development's Part V social obligations.
The Honeypark development suggests there's demand for housing in the nearby area.
