Showroom site up for €1.3m
GANLY Walters have been tasked with bringing an industrial site in Sandyford Industrial Estate with an asking price of €1.325m to market.
The agents have been tasked with selling the site at 40 Heather Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 by private treaty.
The building comprises c. 1,012 sq m (excluding mezzanine offices c. 139 sq m) and sits on a site of 0.96 acres.
The site was upgraded circa 2007 to incorporate two warehouse buildings to modern car showrooms with a large workshop area and mezzanine offices, Ganly Walters said.
While the units are vacant at present, overall it is understood to have been maintained in "excellent" condition.
"This will be of interest to investors/developers as they could secure a short term tenant while they submit planning proposals for the potential development of the site. Or they could let the building on a long term lease," he said.
