Savills has been instructed to sell a building at an industrial estate in Cork.

The property at Hollyhill Industrial Estate consists of five interconnecting units which extends to a total gross external floor area of approximately 15,000 sq ft.

Each unit extends to some 3,000 sq ft and has a roller shutter door to the front. The building has concrete portal frames and concrete block wall construction with parking to the front. There is a large secure yard to the rear of the property and a large lean to extension to the rear of units 3, 4 and 5.

The building has three phase power, mains sewerage and water, and has an eaves height of approximately 4m.

The property is located in Hollyhill Industrial Estate and adjoining occupiers include CIX (Cork Internet Exchange) and is in close proximity to Apple's headquarters there.

The property is being sold with the benefit of an existing tenant whose lease expires in September 2014 and has a passing rent of €48,000 per annum exclusive. Savills is seeking offers in the region of €250,000 exclusive.

Savills is selling the property by way of a private treaty sale (tenants not affected) which is being handled by Niall Guerin and Sam Daunt.
