Savills has been instructed to sell a building at an industrial estate in Cork.

The property is being sold with the benefit of an existing tenant whose lease expires in September 2014 and has a passing rent of €48,000 per annum exclusive. Savills is seeking offers in the region of €250,000 exclusive.
Savills is selling the property by way of a private treaty sale (tenants not affected) which is being handled by Niall Guerin and Sam Daunt.
