Joint agents Lisney and Knight Frank are guiding a price in excess of €700,000 for the Sackville Lounge, a well-known licensed premises at the heart of Dublin city centre.

Located immediately adjacent to the former Clerys department store premises, the property is being offered to the market as Lot 4 of the Dublin One Collection, a portfolio comprised of seven mixed-use buildings between O'Connell Street Lower, Abbey Street Lower and Sackville Place, Dublin 1. The portfolio, which is owned by businesswoman Deirdre Foley's Natrium, is being sold in four lots.

While the Sackville Lounge extends to just 237 sq m (2,551 sq ft) over four floors, the property offers significant potential thanks to its proximity to Clerys, which is set to be redeveloped as a prime retail, office and hotel development in the coming months. Other developments within the immediate area include a new 158-bedroom hotel on Sackville Place which is under construction and expected to open in 2019.

O'Connell Street's commercial offering already includes Easons, Penneys, Clarks, Schuh, Burger King, McDonald's, while major shopping destinations including Jervis Street Shopping Centre, Ilac Centre, Arnotts and Henry Street are located nearby.
