Rent cut for Jervis shop
The former Accessorize retail unit at the Jervis centre at Mary Street, Dublin 1, is being offered to the market with a new lease for a rent in the region of €220,000 a year.
Its availability has a resulted from the examinership of Monsoon Ireland which is believed to have had a lease with a rent in the region of €375,000 a year.
The unit extends to about 93sqm (1,000 sq ft) on the ground floor and 91sqm (980 sq ft) at basement level.
Other neighbouring retailers include M&S, Wallis, Forever 21, River Island, H&M and Penneys.
Gareth Shiells, of letting agents, Savills, commented "this is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the best small units on Henry Street and we have already received strong occupier interest".
The landlord is The Jervis Centre which is headed by developer Paddy McKillen.
