JLL is quoting €14 per square foot for more than 5,000 sq ft of office space in East Point Business Park in Dublin 3.
The space can be had on the second floor of the building F2 in the business park.
The accommodation measures 5,195 sq ft and offers an "excellent" opportunity for prospective occupiers seeking an accessible location on a flexible new lease, says JLL.
Layout and design offers further flexibility, with raised floors and suspended ceilings offering the future Tenant maximum opportunity to put their stamp on the space. The space in East Point comes a wee after JLL started marketing 78,000 sq ft at the Gateway Building nearby on the East Wall Road.
