A redbrick B&B in Drumcondra, Dublin will be among the more valuable properties at I Am Sold's public Leinster Property Auction on July 18 in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, when about 30 lots worth a combined €5m will be offered.

A potential residential investment at 79 Cabra Road, Phibsborough, Dublin, has a €595,000 guide. The five-bedroom redbrick period home would benefit from modernisation. Meanwhile, I Am Sold will offer a four-bedroom detached house, 1 Oakleigh Court, Malahide, Dublin, for sale online with an €895,000 guide on July 11. An interesting test of the market will be seen with the sale of Apartment 4, 604, The Fountain Courtyard, The K Club, Straffan, Co Kildare. The one- bed apartment spans 750 sq ft and accommodation consists of an open plan designer kitchen/dining area/living room as well as a large upstairs bedroom and large bathroom.
