Portmarnock development site with potential for more than 100 homes
A 2.5 ACRE residential development site near Portmarnock, in north Co Dublin, has been brought to the market through Knight Frank with a guide price of more than €4m.
Located on Station Road, within a short distance of Portmarnock village, the site is zoned residential and has permission for 49 apartments and 12 townhouses.
Ian Daly, of Knight Frank, says planning advice indicates that an increased residential scheme with more than 100 units could be achievable on the site subject to planning approval following recent changes to apartment design guidelines and removal of development restrictions on heights of residential developments.
The site is adjacent to Portmarnock train station.
