PAM appointed to retail complexes
The property and asset management (PAM) team of CBRE in Dublin has recently been appointed to three retail complexes in the Greater Dublin Area. Combining a total of 500,000 sq ft, the three are:
High Street Ashbourne, Co Meath; Lusk Town Centre in North Dublin; and Nutgrove Retail Park and Centre in Dublin 14.
This will bring the amount of commercial accommodation managed by the CBRE team to 3.5 million sq ft.
Aidan Grimes of CBRE said that occupancy levels at the three centres now average about 85pc and he aims to increase this to 100pc within two years.
Rents at the Ashbourne centre, which is owned by the Naus Group, currently range between €18 to €20 per sq ft. It is anchored by Tesco.
Rents at Lusk range between €15 to €18 per sq ft and the clients there are retail experts Furlong Consulting.
Mazars are the clients at the Nutgrove Retail Park where the anchors are Aldi, Lidl and HomeBase.
