Following recent lettings, only four office suites remain available to let at Grattan Business Park on Dublin’s northside. Each of the own-door suites extends to 1,378sqft over two floors – and letting agent Lisney is guiding a competitive rent of €15 per square foot.

Located within the IDA Business Park in Clonshaugh, Grattan comprises 13 light industrial units and 20 own-door office suites. The owner, Channor Group, headed by Darren Harrison, invested in the Grattan and undertook fit-out works to the vacant office suites.

As Covid came to an end, demand increased in 2022 – and 11 office units were successfully leased to companies such as Dualtron, GS Medical, Gleemed, Zoom Studios, WJD Repairs, and Crown Paints.
