Two properties with price tags of €1.1m each are among the 13 lots which will go for sale in Real Estate Alliance's online auction on Wednesday next week.
One of the lots is a prospective residential investment property on Dublin's Leeson Street and the other is a large tract of commercially zoned land on the outskirts of Drogheda.
The vacant terraced Georgian property at 26 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, had been rented out in five flats. Extending to 305 sq m (3,283 sq ft) over three storeys and garden level, it also comes with a former coach house to the rear which has vehicular access off Leeson Park.
Tara Byrne of agents Byrne and Quirke says that it has potential to be restored to a townhouse, a home with income or an investment property. Its sub-division did not interfere with many of its period features most of which are intact.
The commercially zoned lands near Drogheda extend to 54 acres and are located on the M1 Economic Corridor immediately north of Drogheda Business & Technology Park, which is situated just off the Donore Road interchange on the M1 motorway. The Donore Road is a busy route connecting Drogheda town centre to the M1 motorway and is already a very well established mixed-use commercial location. Developments in the vicinity include Drogheda Retail Park. Joint agents Gunne Property and O'Brien Collins say the lands have potential for development access via Drogheda Business & Technology Park, which is an IDA campus, subject to agreement.
