Offices sublet to IT multinational at EastPoint
Offices on the ground and first floor of Dunluce House, EastPoint Business Park, Dublin 3, have been sublet on a four-year sub lease to Cognizant, a multinational IT services firm.
Extending to 9,577 sq ft of gross accommodation, the premises will rent for €22 per sq. ft. Cognizant is also taking three car spaces at €1,250 per car space.
Letting agents JLL have also announced plans to bring two other EastPoint rental properties to the market: P4B and P7 EastPoint. The P4B accommodation comprises 14,704 sq. ft. on the third floor of the most prominent block within EastPoint, overlooking the main thoroughfare.
Block P7 comprises 6,788 sq ft of space arranged in both open plan and cellular office accommodation at first floor level. No guidance on rents was yet available at time of going to press.
Daniel Carty of JLL said his client, the head tenant, is retaining the second floor. John Shannon of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Cognizant.
With an attractive water front setting, EastPoint Business Park is located close to the route which connects the East Link Bridge to Clontarf.
Meanwhile, JLL has also launched its latest Global Real Estate Transparency Index which shows that Ireland's property market ranks ninth most "highly transparent" in the world.
The index measures transparency in 158 metropolitan areas, across 186 unique indicators including regulations, anti-money laundering practices, beneficial ownership and use of technology.
In terms of adoption of new technology advancements, Ireland ranks eight globally.
