Quinn Agnew have launced what it is calling a "modern industrial complex" on Dublin's northside.
The firm have been tasked with selling the property, known as Calan House (above), at Malahide Industrial Estate in Coolock.
The poperty is being oput on the market as an investmetn with an asking price of some €625,000.
According to the agents, the property is subdivided into six principal units, one of which has been further divided and extends to 1,600 sq m together with mezzanine areas of some 1,300 sq m.
Current occupiers include House of Italy, BR Metals and The Crash Repair Centre.
Quinn Agnew's Manus Agnew is handlign the sale. He said that a number of tenants are overholding on leases and there was now "significant" potential to increase current levels of €46,000,
"This is one of the newer buildings in the estate which is of steel portal frame construction with metal decked roofs and facade.
"The complex is detached and secured withina private site," he added.
