A site overlooking the River Barrow in New Ross, Co Wexford is attracting interests from developers and operators in the retail, logistics, and leisure sectors.
It is being sold by the Stafford family, whose business interests include fuel imports and the LifeStyle retail chain.
Located at Rosbercon, the eight-acre property is zoned for mixed-use, allowing for hotel, residential and various commercial uses.
It is currently used for port activities, with warehousing and former customs offices.
Anne Carton of selling agent PN O’Gorman is guiding €1.8m and has set June 17 as the closing date for receipt of tenders.
As well as the river, it also adjoins the South East Greenway cycling and walking route.
