New lettings on Exchequer St
CBRE's retail team have agreed a new letting with multicultural lifestyle brand, Skinfull Affairs, for number 34 Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre.
Extending to approximately 80 sq m (857 sq ft), the Exchequer Street unit will be home to the company's first flagship store, and positions its cosmetic and beauty treatment offering at the heart of one of Dublin's most-established cosmopolitan quarters. Christine McGowan of CBRE said there had been considerable interest from a range of parties in the property, which is located next to a variety of national and international retailers including the internationally renowned French patisserie Ladurée, Fallon & Byrne, The Old Stand, Patagonia and Grahams Shoes.
CBRE are currently inviting offers of €75,000 per annum for number 30 Exchequer Street, a unit which extends to 75 sq m (816 sq ft).
Elsewhere in the city centre, CBRE have finalised a new lease agreement with the Burrito Bar, Pablo Picante, for 14-18 Aston Quay.
The restaurant, which is expected to commence trading in March, will be Pablo Picante's fourth store in the capital.
The business, which is headed up by founder Colm MacNamara, already operates from locations in Clarendon Market, Temple Bar and Baggot Street.
