New lettings available at Meath shopping centre
A new dedicated HSE Primary Care Centre is opening this week at High Street Ashbourne, Co Meath. It follows three recent lettings at the centre to Card Rac Ltd, Computer Monkey and J & J Retail Ltd, through the centre's agents CBRE Retail.
A number of units are still available, ranging in size from 69sqm (738 sq ft) to 448sqm (4,822 sq ft).
They are all under new flexible and competitive lease terms.
Quoting rents range from €10-25 per sq ft and the units are suitable for a variety of uses.
Further openings are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
According to Niamh Sheahan of CBRE, "High Street Ashbourne has established itself as the primary shopping destination in Co Meath, and with an increase in activity presents excellent opportunities for both national brands and local occupiers seeking to expand or acquire a retail presence in the area under competitive commercial terms".
The CBRE Property and Asset Management (PAM) Team led by Aidan Grimes and Brian Cleary was recently appointed on the management of the scheme.
Established in 2004, the scheme provides 200,000 sq ft of retail accommodation, 60,000 sq ft of office space, 435 residential units and over 1,165 free car parking spaces.
It is anchored by Tesco and other key retailers include New Look, Lifestyle Sports, Boots, Easons, Holland & Barrett, O'Brien's Fine Wines, McDonalds and Euro 2.
