Multi-use sites on offer for €300,000
Two adjoining development sites directly opposite Bewley's Hotel Dublin Airport in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 are being offered for a combined price of €300,000.
Because of its location 400 metres from the M50/M1 motorway junction, it was once earmarked for a filling station. Since then its zoning has been changed to Objective HT which allows for office, research, development and high technology uses.
Cian McMorrow of selling agents Bannon believes that there will be strong demand for the sites: "These high-profile sites are within a five minutes drive of Dublin Airport and are reasonably priced."
It is being sold by a private developer.
