Lusk sites with residential prospects carry €3.8m price tag
Two residential development sites in the coastal area of Lusk, north County Dublin, are for sale for a total of €3.8m.
Located on the Raheny Roundabout, the combined sites extend to 8.6 acres on opposite sides of the Lusk Relief Road (R127). The first site, known as Lot A, is positioned to the west of the relief road and extends to 4.9 acres, while Lot B is positioned to the east of the relief road and extends to 3.7 acres.

Lot A is zoned Objective RA Residential to provide for new residential communities subject to the provision of the necessary social and physical infrastructure. Lot B is zoned Objective RS Residential under the current Fingal Development Plan 2017-2023 to provide for residential development and protect and improve residential amenity.

Future development access to Lot A is through Lusk Village residential development and is facilitated by an existing right of way. In relation to Lot B, this lot enjoys frontage to Raheny Close to the north which leads to Raheny Roundabout and benefits from an existing agricultural access point.
They adjoin the new village centre currently under construction, including a supermarket of over 4,000 sq m, and are also situated close to Lusk Village.
The area is well serviced with schools, with Rush and Lusk Educate Together National School and Lusk Community College currently undergoing a €10 million expansion. Lusk National School is within 0.6km.
Lusk Train Station, within 1km, offers regular train services to Dublin City centre. Furthermore, exit 4 on the M1 is within 6km, providing easy access to Dublin City centre and beyond.
