Limerick pub seeks €250k
One of Limerick's well-known pubs, Kennedy O'Briens, will go for auction on 3 July. Tom Crosse of GVM is guiding €250,000 for the premises, located at Lower Hartstonte Street, just off O'Connell Street, Limerick's high street.
Described as being Limerick's equivalent of Doheny & Nesbitt, the floor area of the bar and lounge extends to 163sqm (1,750 sq ft), not including the toilets and games room, beer and spirits store and cold room in the basement.
Overhead are two floors of offices extending over 98sqm (1,050 sq ft) which are occupied on a short-term letting for about €5,000 a year.
