Kyle Rothwell appointed as head of investment properties at CBRE
CBRE have promoted Kyle Rothwell from executive director at its investment division to head of investment properties in its Dublin office.
Since re-joining CBRE in 2015, Kyle has completed over €1.5bn of transactions for key clients including, Starwood REIT, Davidson Kempner, Patrizia, DWS, Oaktree and Deutsche Bank.
CBRE's investment team transacted over €1bn of real estate trades in 2018. The investment team also specialises in residential capital markets and capital raising both debt and equity, offering unrivalled services in the Irish market.
Before re-joining CBRE in 2015, Kyle was a director in Key Capital Real Estate, where he specialised in loan acquisitions and restructuring solutions. He was one of the lead advisors to Starwood in the acquisition of NAMA's first ever loan sale called Project Aspen, an €800m par value loan book. During his time in Key Capital Real Estate, he was involved in restructuring over €1.5bn of real estate backed loans.
Kyle has over 15 years of experience and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
