A modern, semi-detached warehouse and office facility in Jamestown Business Park in Finglas on Dublin's north side is being offered for sale with a €990,000 asking price.

Agents William Harvey & Son point out that Unit 5/6 comes with an expired planning permission to extend the facility by 232 sq m, and that permission included the addition of two dock levellers which could improve its loading access as they would bring the total for the property to four.

The existing 1,584 sq m building includes 161 sq m of fully-fitted two-storey office accommodation which is fitted with perimeter trunking, carpet floor coverings, power and data cabling, double glazed uPVC windows, kitchenette and intruder alarm.

The warehouse is divided in two by a block wall but with an interconnecting roller shutter door. Each section has its own automated ground-level loading door, thus offering sub-division potential, subject to planning permission. Dock levellers are also provided on an external loading platform at the western end of the building. The roof is of twin-skin insulated metal decking and the clear internal height is 6 m.

Jamestown Business Park can be accessed either off Jamestown Road or St. Margaret's Road and the property is 1.2 km. from the M50 Finglas Interchange, making it easily accessible from Dublin Airport.
