Car dealer Dermot Wallace is selling his showroom on Sussex Road, almost opposite the Burlington Clayton Hotel in Dublin 4.
Having been in business for 37 years, Dermot is going to semi-retire.
He will still sell and source cars for clients, but does not need the showroom to do so.
Among the vintage and classic cars he has sold were some owned by celebrities.
They include a Ferrari Dino owned by rock singer Chris Rea and a Jensen Interceptor owned by Ireland's most famous drag queen, Danny La Rue.
Wallace's range of cars has even inspired the artist Simms to paint the front of the showroom and this painting features on the walls of Grogans, the well-known arts pub in Dublin's Creative Quarter.
O'Mahony Auctioneers is asking €495,000 for the single-storey Sussex Road freehold commercial showroom premises, which extend to 49sqm.
It is being offered for sale with the benefit of full planning permission for the demolition of the existing premises, and the construction of a two-bedroomed three-storey residential property.
