CBRE Hotels is selling Moyvalley Hotel and golf course in Enfield, Co Kildare by Private Treaty. Moyvalley Hotel sits on 460 acres next to the M4 motorway and close to Enfield.
The hotel and golf estate was developed from new in 2006 and comprises a modern hotel building with excellent conference and function facilities and 54 stylish and fully air-conditioned bedrooms, bar and restaurant.
Also included is Balyna House – a 19th Century Italianate manor house and an adjoining abbey – both of which were painstakingly restored and now includes 47 separate 2 and 3-bedroom holiday cottages and apartments; a superb links- like golf course – designed by former Open Champion Darren Clarke – and a palatial three-storey self- contained golf clubhouse with function/meeting rooms, pro shop, bar, restaurant and changing rooms.
