On behalf of DHL Supply Chain, William Harvey & Co. is now offering Unit D Furry Park for sale by private treaty with an asking price of €3.5m.

The detached property extends to 4,036 sq m (43,443 sq ft) on a self contained site and with a secure, fenced & gated service yard.

Harveys say it has "excellent characteristics including a sprinkler system, heating to the warehouse and a minimum clear internal height of 27 ft". Loading access is via four dock levellers and one grade door with a canopy over all doors.

Philip Harvey, managing director of sole agent, William Harvey & Co. commented: "Unit D Furry Park represents an opportunity to acquire a fine facility situated in a quality park which is very strategically located for distribution companies.

"I envisage a strong level of demand from both investors and owner occupiers alike.

"Conditions in Dublin's industrial & logistics property market condition are recovering at pace, having lagged behind the other sub-sectors of the wider commercial property market.

"A large volume of space is transacting and there will be further growth in both rental and capital values in the short term," he added.

Furry Park is an actively managed development, close to Dublin Airport, the Dublin Port Tunnel, and the M50.

Occupiers in the Park include OPW, The Pannelling Centre, Kuehne + Nagel, Hevac, Arnotts, Nightline and DB Schenker.
