IFSC offices for rent from €20 per sq ft
Rents ranging between €20 to €27.50 per sq ft are being quoted for office accommodation in three locations in the Dublin's IFSC in Dublin's north docklands.
At 5 George's Dock, (right) 5,984 sq ft of ground floor is available and split between an area of 4,520 sq ft and an area of 1,464 sq ft. Flexible lease terms are being offered for either both or on an area-by-area basis, together with four car spaces. Letting agent Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is quoting €27.50 per sq ft and €3,000 per car space.
Also close to the George's Dock red line LUAS stop is 5 Exchange Place, a four-storey building which extends to 4,151 sq ft. Fully fitted, it is available by way of assignment or sub-lease and JLL are quoting a rent of €20 per sq ft. At 10/11 Exchange Place, 2,055 sq ft of first-floor office accommodation is available fully fitted to a high standard and ready for immediate occupation on flexible lease terms. JLL is quoting €25 per sq ft with one car space available at €3,000 a year.
The IFSC is home to a host of renowned international corporations including KPMG, AIG, Citi and Chase Bank. It is served by the DART, numerous bus terminals and the LUAS.
