Griffith College is set to expand it operations beyond its seven-acre campus at the former Griffith Barracks on the South Circular Road to Dublin's north inner city.
Agent Keith O'Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate has negotiated a deal with the college which will see it enter into a 20-year lease on No 25 Wolfe Tone Street, at an annual rent in the region of €355 per sq m (€33 per sq ft).
No 25 Wolfe Tone Street was acquired by David Kennan's KC Capital in late 2017 for a figure in the region of €2m.
The subject property has the advantage of 35m of frontage onto Wolfe Tone Street and is conveniently located within a short walking distance of Parnell Street, Henry Street and Mary Street.
The ground-floor accommodation is fully fitted, and comprises a flexible floor plate, large reception area, meeting rooms, offices, kitchen, WC, showers and changing facilities. The building is completed with raised access floors wired for power and data and suspended ceilings with category 2 recessed lighting, and is fully air-conditioned.
The new college amenity is easily accessible through a range of public transport options including the Luas Red line, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
