JLL have been instructed to let 115 Grafton Street, Dublin 2.
The property which has been occupied by Spar in recent years is now available via sub-letting until January 2020. The property occupies a "prime" retail pitch situated opposite Trinity College on the thoroughfare linking College Green and St Stephens Green. Notable retailers in the immediate area include American Apparel, Specsavers, Lush, Abercrombie & Fitch, H&M, and Superdry.
The building has a double height glazed shopfront and comprises 1,496 sq ft of retail accommodation at ground floor level, 1,236 sq ft basement storage and a 889 sq ft mezzanine level which is currently laid out as offices. The building would suit a variety of retail uses, JLL say, however some uses will be prohibited as the property is situated within the Grafton Street area of special planning control, and is a protected structure.
The agents add that the latest footfall figures for Grafton Street suggest footfall currently stands at approximately 57 million per annum.
