Colliers are guiding a price of €1.3m for a well-located retail park adjacent to Gorey town centre in Co Wexford.

Constructed in 2005, the park comprises eight units varying in size from 145 sq m (1,562 sq ft) to 850 sq m (9,149 sq ft). Six of the units are retail while the remaining two are own-door office units with a location on the first floor.

There is extensive parking for both customers and staff.

The retail park is less than 700 metres from Gorey Main Street and it is surrounded by a number of modern housing estates. The scheme benefits from significant profile and frontage onto the Ballycanew Road.

Gorey is a thriving provincial town which benefits from great accessibility to Dublin City via the N11 and M11 motorway.

The town also capitalises on Wexford's strong tourism record and its agricultural hinterland.
