Outside there is a terrace and parking for three cars. Opposite the premises is a large public car park which is free.
Cathal Daughton of sales agents Lisney says the premises could appeal for an owner-occupier or investor as it can be used for offices, educational use, medical, crèche or a mix of uses such as retail on ground floor with restaurant or offices at first floor or possibly even residential use.
All such uses would be permissible under the zoning planning. It is in an area zoned objective T1 "To provide for town centre uses".
Uses open for consideration under this zoning include childcare, cultural, education, leisure, residential, offices and shop subject to planning permission.
The building is of concrete construction rendered externally in part stone part, part painted plaster with double-glazed aluminium-framed windows throughout.
