Real Estate Alliance will host two public auctions in April with as many as 37 lots.
Of those 11 will be auctioned in a Leinster and Dublin auction in Naas, Co Kildare on April 10. As many as 26 properties will be offered for sale at the REA Munster and Connacht auction hosted by REA O'Connor Murphy on April 11 in Limerick. The most valuable lot is a two storey commercial investment at 7a & 7b, Annacotty village, Co. Limerick, which has a €185,000 AMV. Extending to 187 sq m (2,013 sq ft), the property is in two units which generate annual rent of €18,000, suggesting a gross yield of 9.73pc.
Its occupants operate a sports physio clinic under the name IMST (Institute of Massage and Sports Therapy). Each unit has separate entrances at both the front and rear of the building, which accommodates training and treatment rooms along with a spacious office.
