Dublin a 'highly competitive' city
Dublin has been identified as one of Europe's 'highly competitive' cities in the latest briefing note on the European office market from Savills World Research.
The capital is joined in this category by Stockholm, Oslo, London's West End, Berlin, Munich, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Milan. Highly competitive cities are defined by Savills as being the "most dynamic economically" and where "office space has repriced in line with strong business expansion".
Elsewhere in its report, Savills says its expects prime office rents in Europe to continue rising for at least another three years due to a combination of rising demand and restricted supply.
