Correction Dun Laoghaire property

A story published in yesterday’s Commercial property section of the Irish Independent under the headline ‘€1.3m sought for fully let units in Dun Laoghaire’ was inaccurately reported.

To clarify, the site is not for sale. In fact, the story was to confirm that the new mixed-use development owned by developer and start up investor Sean Duignan has now been fully let and will soon see the openings of the popular chicken restaurant Nando’s, Starbucks and Officepods. According to Niamh Sheahan of CBRE. ““The development is now fully let providing an annual rent roll in the order of €150,000 per annum and all tenants have committed to long term leases of 25 years which represents a very desirable result in the current market creating long term value enhancement. These deals combined are set to create over 70 new jobs and such renowned brands will be an excellent addition to Dun Laoghaire, providing a new dimension to the restaurant and leisure offer of the town”. We apologise to Mr Sean Duignan, the landlord and CBRE for any damage caused by the error.
