Nicky Conneely of Savills Ireland is guiding a price of €450,000 for a 0.23 acre (0.09 hectare) site in Clonsilla, Dublin 15, with full planning permission for a mixed-use scheme comprising four apartments and restaurant/cafe at ground-floor level.

According to the planning permission, the proposed three-storey block could accommodate one 2-bedroom apartment and three 3-bedroom apartments, with each apartment complemented by its own private terrace.

Facing on to Clonsilla Road, the site is located just 3km from Blanchardstown and enjoys ready access to Dublin city centre, thanks to its close proximity to numerous Dublin Bus routes, and Clonsilla train station, which is just 400m away.

Clonsilla itself is a thriving village with an array of amenities including shops, restaurants, schools and sports clubs.

Nicky Conneely says: "This site has excellent accessibility with Dublin Bus and Irish Rail on its doorstep. Clonsilla is a much sought after residential suburb with an abundance of local parks, sports facilities, shopping and amenities.

"The site has full planning permission, making it an attractive proposition for developers and investors alike. We expect to see much attention surrounding this prospect".
