FIVE pubs and a restaurant in Limerick city and county are for sale with prices ranging from €190,000 to €500,000 for separate deals through Rooney Auctioneers (Limerick) Ltd.
A pair of them are located in the city centre and the largest of these, Squire McGuire's on Lower Cecil Street, has a €500,000 guide price. The three-storey premises stretches to four bays and comes with three-bedroom residential accommodation and a large living area.
