A commercial office premises in the heart of Wexford town has been placed on the market.
'Channing House' in Rowe Street is being offered for sale by private treaty through Wexford auctioneers Kehoe & Associates.
The property is being sold by its owners INM Regionals Ltd, publishers of Co Wexford's leading local newspapers the "Wexford People", "New Ross Standard" and "Gorey/Enniscorthy Guardian".
Designed by Wexford architect Raymund Kelly, 'Channing House' was completed in 2000 and comprises 7,965 sq. ft. of office accommodation laid out over three floors.

Kehoe & Associates managing director Colum Murphy, who is handling the sale described Channing House as a "superb building" which is well located just off Wexford's Main Street.
He said it was one of the finest town centre commercial office buildings to come on the market in some time and was exceptionally well presented, having been constructed to the highest standards.
'Considering the exceptional condition of the property and its location, I expect there to be very keen interest in it,' he said.
