CBRE names senior director as prices up
CBRE's Dublin office has named Willie Norse as senior director.
The estate agent said the appointment reflected "the continued growth of the CBRE business in Ireland and a strong first half year performance".
The company said it had a "very strong first half of the year" as prices improved and demand grew, particularly from international investors.
CBRE Ireland managing director Enda Luddy commented: "We have seen a significant increase in market activity in the first six months of the year and are pleased to have delivered a very strong performance in the period.
"We continue to invest in our senior client advisory teams and are pleased to announce the appointment of Willie Norse.
"Willie previously worked in CBRE when it was Gunne Commercial from 1993 to 1999 and we are delighted to welcome him back.
"He worked with a broad range of departments covering all sectors of property advice and was appointed to senior surveyor in 1996.
"Willie's wealth of knowledge and experience will be an excellent addition to our senior team as we continue to see greater demand across all sectors we serve," he added.
