Savills have been tasked with finding a tenant for a retail premises outside Cork City.
The firm are letting what it calls a "high profile retail unit located in the centre of Blackpool Village".
The property is at 3 Watercourse Road.
"Available from the end of December, the unit comprises of 122 sq m (1,313 sq ft) of open plan retail space which provides for 16 m of glazed frontage onto Watercourse Road," say the agents.
"Adjacent occupiers include the likes of the New Furniture Centre, Boyles, Carry Out and Polonez," the agents added.
Stephen McCarthy in Dublin and Lia Dennehy in Cork of Savills, who are managing the letting, believe the unit would "suit a host of uses and a new lease is available".
The property is thought to be available immediately.
The agents are quoting €25,000 per annum exclusive for the property.
The Cork market has been improving steadily in recent months, with a number of high profile lettings being signed up to in recent months.
Blackpool is little more than 2km away from central entre of Cork City.
