All Star player joins Colliers' capital team
All Star camogie player and property professional Aoife Murray has joined Colliers International Dublin as associate director to its capital markets team.
Her 13 years' experience in the retail, office and investment markets includes most recently three years with investment firm Fine Grain Property, where she was responsible for the assembly and asset management of a 600,000 sq ft portfolio of investments.
Prior to that she was a senior manager at Hudson Advisors which worked on many of the properties and loans acquired by Lone Star. Before that she worked with JLL and Savills.
A native of west Co Cork, Aoife was also a high achiever on the sports field as she won nine senior All Ireland camogie championship medals with Cork and was accorded All Star status on no fewer than eight occasions.
Colliers has assigned her responsibility for sourcing and transacting investment properties for the firm's clients, ranging from private Irish investors and property companies to a broad range of international funds and investing institutions.
Michele McGarry, Colliers' head of capital markets, said: "Aoife brings a depth of experience of investment transactions and portfolio management, particularly having worked client-side with Hudson and Fine Grain."
Declan Stone, managing director of Colliers, pointed to her hands-on experience of portfolio assembly and management which is hard to find.
